Consumer disputes
If you are unhappy with something and we cannot resolve it between us, consumers resident in Sweden can refer the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their local European Consumer Centre.
